How to recovery files from crashed hard drive

Hi guys, recently my brother accidently dropped his laptop to the fllorr, so the laptop didnt work. later i noticed that the hard drive has been crashed. Cuz i heard the "click" sound keep repeating itself. Is there anyway i can recover my files?
