Default need extra large print, icons, etc-- monitor size help, please?

My parent needs everything readable at extra-large sizes, but has little patience with web pages when the web pages bleed off the monitor screen due to the magnification. Does anyone know what specification monitors would be best for him? Or how best I should ask this question of the sales techs? Thank you.

Well, the larger the better really. You can use a lower resolution on a larger monitor in order to make everything much easier to see. For example, use 1024x768 on a 19" monitor.
