Got Windows to load with both optical drives. I have the DVD-RW on SATA2, and the DVD reader on SATA6. :D

All-in-all the build went...

Completed my build and all was good with SATA HDD, SATA DVD-RW, and floppy drive. Added an SATA DVD-ROM and Windows hangs at the splash screen. HDD activity light glows steady with no HDD activity....
