all lights and fans power up then off in rapid succession, like every second - nothing to monitor or everything. This is my second failure on this build, my first was as:
New rig - fail <1 sec after boot, fans work!
a few threads ago. I found that I hadn't plugged power into the side of my video card, but it still isn't working now that I have - its doing what I posted above! Anyone know what this is a symptom of?
