overclocking

hi,
I was considering overclocking my 2.66GHz CPU to 3.0GHz or more if needed

I have the:
- ASUS P5K-E motherboard
- Corsair XMS2 2 x 1GB
- intel dual core 2.66GHz
- antec 900 (for air flow)

if anyone is familiar with this board, then suggest how I could overclock this system
or if there are any basic guidelines to overclocking and to voltage settings

I want it to be atleast 3.0GHz if possible or higher if it seems reasonable :)
