Evrything works, but CD...

Assembled without drives, 100%, evrything looks great.

Boot with drives, everything works, but the CD Drive, brand new LITE-ON Black 20X DVD+R, the one that Rob recommends on this great site, is VERY loud.

Louder than any drive I've ever heard, but all the installs work perfectly and Windows installed with no problems. Is this noise normal for this drive, or do I need to send it back for an exchange?

I should only be loud when its reading a CD/DVD, it should be silent at other times.

Is the noise constant?

No, its only loud when it is spinning, but its just VERY loud, not like its deafening, but its louder than any other drive I've used.
