Athlon X2 6000+ w/ MSI K9N Plat Mobo?

Thanks for all the replies to my RAM question. Now I have a processor question. I'm probably going to get the MSI K9N Platinum SLI motherboard, and was planning getting an Athlon X2 5600+ or 6000+ processor, but I just noticed on MSI's website they don't list those as processors supported by that board. Anyone know for sure if that board will run either of those processors?

Why you would want to use AMD, i really don't know, but hey, its your money.

6000 will work fine in the MSI, just make sure its socket AM2.
