When exactly are you usually on Rob?

I am asking because I want to know when I can expect to get replies ect. Also could you say the times in Central Standard Time. Which is just 1 hour behind Eastern Standard Time.

Usually at least twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. The times can vary. But I may check the message board more often. And I may pop in and out multiple times in the evening.
