I want to thank everyone for their help and let you know that my first boot was successful and I have installed Windows XP on my first build. I'm flabbergasted that this process went so smoothly and that can only attest to all the help this web site has given me. All I need to do now is install drivers for graphics card and MOBO. I do have one question about that. What is best approach. Load drivers from provided CD's and then apply updates from manufacturer web sites or just go to web sites and apply latest updates? Thanks again!! Here's what I used to build my PC:

Corsair HX 620W P/S zipzoomfly
Corsair 6400C4 xms 2gb kit ram zipzoomfly
Asus P5n32-E SLI MOBO micro center
Intel Quad Core Q6600 cpu micro center
8-pin power extension cable performance-pcs
Asus SATA DVD-ROM drive newegg
Samsung DVD Burner OEM newegg
CoolerMaster cm-690 case zipzoomfly
Arctic silver 5 thermal compound newegg
Arctic silver thermal remover & purifier newegg
Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro newegg
EVGA GeForce SC 8800GT 512-P3-N802-A EVGA
3-pin LED connector megatrends

Total Cost $1,361.24

Nice system. :)

Its better to just download the latest updates from the website and apply them without installing any unnecessary drivers beforehand.
