Which mobo to use?

Replacing a motherboard, and for various reason, I am sticking with socket 754 for right now in this computer. I can get two different motherboards cheap, either a MSI K8N Neo Platinum or a DFI NF4X. Which board, in your opinion, would be the better choice?

The MSI motherboard is a very good choice - it was on Rob's recommend list at one stage. :)
