Hello,

I've learned a lot from these forums so far and have pieced together some components for my PC build. Looking for a mid to mid+ grade gaming rig that can be upgraded in the future if needed. Trying to stay around $700, w/o monitor, optical drives, keyboard, mouse. What do you think?:

The only thing I was a little unsure of was the video card...the manufacturer in particular.

Also, will this system be OK for a possible future upgrade to a 8800GTS?

Your motherboard will definitely support a 8800GTS, but your chosen card is still very good.

Yeah that motherboard is great, it will support any PCIX16 cards present and future, or two :D

The 7900GS will give you a great cheaper option for games, it will currently play anything out now on high settings.

That's a terrific build. I have no exposure to Rosewill power supplies, but have read other poeple with some problems and customer service complaints. I would suggest some research on PSU reviews. Just a thought.
