Hi Rob,

I'm having a problem while trying to open my computer. This word always
appears before i can use my pc.
>CMOS checksum error, Please enter CPU Speed CMOS setup
>Press F1 to continue.
Everytime to adjust date & time.
For your info. I'm using old computer (Intel Pentium 3 Processor 551mhz),
128MB Ram and Window XP Proffessional Ver. 2002.
I hope your could explain what should i do to solve the problem.

It sounds like the battery backup for you CMOS, which is on your motherboard, needs to be replaced.

An example of how this might look is on this page from my assembly instructions.
