Lately I've noticed my 5-6 year old computer starting to chug and it's about time to look for a computer to take to college, so I started speccing out a computer again. I just wanted to know what the general consensus on these parts is. I know some of the parts (like the 8800GTS) definitely don't follow the 6 month rule, but after seeing the reviews, it sure looks like a good tradeoff. Also, I'm unsure about the power supply, but it was recommended by a fellow computer enthusiast. I could be getting this computer within 1-6 months depending on how my parents agree with the idea.

It looks like a powerful PC. I'm familiar with most of the brands, if not the particular components, and they are fine. I'm not familiar with Rosewill, though. The components looks compatibile. Overall I'd say your component selection is a good one.
