View Full Version : Are state of the art Active Auto Monitor Calibration devices worth it?

I hear they auto calibrate the colors of the monitor perfectly so they are displayed as intended, also I've heard some will auto-detect shadow/light sources and update that part of the display accordingly every so often so there is almost no glare. I do not edit photos nor do I print documents but I do have Dual NVIDIA Geforce GTX TITAN Z's and a large 4K monitor (which said it was precalibrated but my friend said that doesn't mean anything, I'm a newbie at hardware and know nothing.)
