Upgrading my PC

Greetings,
I have this build:
i7 870
radeon 7970 lightning 3gb
8 gb ram
850 W psu
gigabyte H55M-USB3 MOTHERBOARD


I want to play the Witcher 3 in ultra settings 1080p with 60fps. What should i upgrade in order to do that?

P.S. not only witcher but all the upcomming new games for 2 years or so.

Although your components are a little old, they are still quite good. I would upgrade the RAM to 16GB since that's inexpensive to do and 8GB is not that much. Next I would upgrade to an NVIDIA GTX 980 video card. And if you need more power then I would upgrade the processor to an Intel i7-4790.
