I built my computer several years ago and recently, 2 weeks or so, the computer just powered down for a few seconds and rebooted. a screen comes up and says that it has detected a surge and directs me to the setup screen. the 3.3v meter shows red and the other 2 meters are fine. it does this every few days either when I start the computer or wake it up, it never happens when its running. Does this sound like its a fixable problem or do I need a new power supply?
