Help with first pc build

Need some help with first PC build

My budget is $2K including monitor(already have DVD drive, kb & mouse). I want to go with an intel i5 or i7, and start with 16GB of ram and a SS main drive, and may want to play around with some moderate overclocking (air-cooled).

I will probably want to run dual GPU's in the future and probably 2 and maybe 3 monitors, but definitely 1 both for now.

I'm a little overwhelmed picking a power supply, motherboard, ram and GPU combination and any help is highly appreciated.

Anyone see any problems with that large cooler?
