The motherboard has 4 video ports; HDMI, DVI, RGB, and Display port. Can I use some combination of these ports with other cables and adapters to connect two, identical, DVI monitors using Windows 8. I don't think I need the video card with my build. Thanks.

Connect one monitor to the DVI connector on the motherbaord, and then you should be able to use an adapter like this.

I forgot to mention that I wanted to use the HDMI port for a TV. Is there an adapter or cable for the display port?

Take a look at this url; it should work fine: http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-DP2DVI2-Display-Adapter-Converter/dp/B0035PS57C/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1358436367&sr=8-3&keywords=displayport+to+dvi+adapter

The Amazon page with the adapter has this specification on it: 'Supports Monitor resolutions up to 1920x1200 and HDTV resolutions up to 1080p'. The maximum resolution for 24 inch monitors and also, 27 inch monitors is 1920 x 1200. If your monitor is larger than 27 inch, the max resolution would be a larger number but the adapter would only work at 1920 x 1200-- you would have to set the larger (than 27") monitor at this value. Assuming your monitor is 24 or 27 inch or less than 24, you should be fine with this adapter.
