This was my first build and after buying this power supply - http://www.amazon.co.uk/ACE-750W-PSU-12cm-Red/dp/B006FUTT38/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1347657250&sr=1-1 - for £20 I was worried. It turns out my worries were not dumbfounded, though it was my fault for not looking further into the matter. I did not realise the connectors that I would need, and looked simply at the wattage. I attempted to build the computer and the fans kept turning on for a split second and then turning off, the speaker did not make a beep either.

This 750w power supply comes with the following connectors

4 x Sata
3 x Peripheral 4 Pin
1 x 4 Pin ( I am assuming for CPU )
1 x 6 Pin ( I am assuming for pci-e, it was red if that helps where all other connectors were black)

However in order for the CPU to work and my ECGA GeForce GTX 560 to work I require :

3 x Sata (any more will not be used, but are welcome)
4 x Molex Peripheral 4 pin (for the case fans)
1 x CPU 4+4 Pin (I kept trying to plug the 6pin into the 8pin slot on my motherboard, not realising that this was a PCI-E pin)
4 x 6 Pin PCI-E (To run 2 gfx cards in SLI, I only have one atm but will be upgrading to SLI at some point in the future)

Idealy like this one - http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6643http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6643 - but with one more Peripheral 4 pin as the case I bought comes with 4 fans, each requiring a 4 pin.

Could any one please help me with finding a decent, yet affordable, power supply with these connectors. It did not even occur to me that I might have bought a power supply without the correct connectors. Thanks in advance.

Most of the Amazon reviews are pretty good, but several in the one star rating instead of four or five star, like most of them. A good rule -- 20 pounds for a computer psu is not a good bargain under any circumsances.

The Coolermaster psu should be fine for your needs. For the extra 4 pin fan connector that you need, look on the internet for a molex to 4 pin fan connector adapter cable. I assume you want a fan connector that is powered from one of the molex plugs on a cable direct from the psu.
