? about super pc book

Rob, Does you book detail different levels of build? Such as "Basic low buck" "Midlevel" or "Super Gamer" ? I wish to build but really dont need anything other than e-mail/surfing/mps at this point. My thoughts are getting a good simple build at a low reasonable price that will be good for a couple of years.
