I am in the middle of finishing a project that was started between friends. The case I am using is a HAF X with two Hot swap bays...
I have a Crucial 256GB SSD drive I would like to keep my OS and possibly a main game or two I play on.
My question is that one of the "Hot swap" bays is setup to handle a SSD drive but is it wise or does it not matter that I use a hot swap SSD to place my OS on?

My backup drive is a velociraptor 300GP drive but I really want the OS on the SSD.
Do I need to change any bios settings before I install my OS after my build also?
Any advice I can get from you guys would be a great help.
Thanks so much in advance.
