Photoediting setup

First of all, greetings from a new member. I've been lurking here a while but only now thinking of taking the plunge and building my own PC.

The computer will be used mainly for photo editing, desktop publishing, and some video editing. I intend to recycle my current screen, HDD, mouse, keyboard, and speakers for now, while adding an SSD for the OS (Windows 7 64 bit) and Adobe applications.
Here are the components I'm thinking of getting:

Memory: Crucial 4x4 GB DDR3 PC3-12800

I'm wondering if I need a CPU cooler fan (like the Hyper 212) different than the one that comes with the processor, and if it will fit.
I would also appreciate any comments on my choice of components in relation to the job I want the computer to do.

You didn't mention anything about gaming, so I'm wondering if you really need a GTX560. If you're not a gamer, then you could use a Radeon HD7750 and a much better option. However, if you are a gamer, then the GTX560 Ti is still a much better choice than the plain GTX560.

No, I'm not a gamer and I appreciate you pointing me to the Radeon.

Do you think I need the Hyper 212 or will the regular cpu cooler suffice? I'm not interested in overclocking.

If you're not overclocking, there's really no reason to add the aftermarket cooler.
