Keep in mind I'm from Canada so I will be linking to newegg.ca
I am also considering buying all of this from NCIX (http://ncix.com)as they price match and have low shipping costs (may cost about $20-30).
Now, for budget, I would say I'm aiming for about $1000 CAD. However, going over a little for a good improvement isn't horrible.
I also know that the more expensive products will generally be better, but I want the happy medium if possible.
I won't be doing too intense of things; general gaming (D3 and SC2); some photo and video editing and some recording.
Also, I have an existing soundcard that I would like to use with my new build.
Total budget excludes monitor, soundcard, and operating system.
I've listed several possibilities for most components as they are where I've been directed during my research.
Any comments or suggestions for something else is what I'm looking for.
