Can a 2nd HD be added to an existing system, even after it is all setup and OS is installe?

Yes you can, and it is simple plug and play as some people call it.

You take you new HD, plug it in ect, you have to set the jumpers on the new HD to slave otherwise it won't work properly, then you just format the new one using windows, easy peasy :D

If you are going to do it, make sure you back up your critical data first.
