Anti-virus+Firewall

I need an Anti-virus+Firewall software for my new pc. My family has always used Norton but i have some misgivings over it, especially the new version.

Any recommendations?

First off, AVG anti virus is much better than Norton will ever be, and the best thing about it is........it's free :D

Secondly, Zone Alarm firewall has got to be one of the best available, and......it's free lol.
