Testing a new system

What's the best way to test (burn-in) a new system?

I ran prime95 torture test for 12 hours (no error) the I ran mem86. Do I need to run a hard drive test? It's a WD so I guess I could use their "Data Lifeguard diagnostics".

Is there a program that can just test everything? Want to make sure this system is rock solid!

I defrag the HD before i install anything, and leave it running for 72 hours.

Soak test so to speak, then i get a really powerful juicy game and run it at maximum settings ;) :D
