computer will not find mouse,finds keyboard ok

My computer cannot find mouse on start up.I do get a problem message. Air CFG. exe - Entry Point Not Found aps search interface could not be located in the dynamic search library. THANKS FOR HELP!!!!! One other thing,How do you use the up-down keys on keyboard instead of mouse. THANKS AGAIN harytx

Try looking up the drivers for the mouse online. Maybesomething went wrong on the 1st install. Find the drivers for mouse uninstall then reinstall. See if that helps.
