First build looking for advice and tips

I am looking to build a system for ~$700-900 and I believe I have a pretty good starting point for the build, except that I am unsure on the motherboard and power supply (also possibly RAM). I am not looking to overclock it which is why i opted for H67 and the non "k" i5 to save some money. I sort of arbitrarily selected the motherboard since it was intel and H67 but any suggestions are welcomed.

It all looks good to me. The Earthwatts psu is an excellent choice.
