No. That motherboard only supports up to pc-6400 memory.

It looks like this memory will work, 2GB kit (1GBx2), Ballistix Tracer 240-pin DIMM (with LEDs), DDR2 PC2-6400 memory module .

That is good memory mate, and the PC2-8500 will work with your motherboard, it would just act like some PC2-6400 instead.
