Hello All,
New to the site.

I am in the middle of a build:
Intel 2500k
MSI P67A-GD55 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V v2.2 SLI
ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT 2 Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST31500341AS 1.5TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666

Here is where i need a some advice/help. I have always built my own PC's. Always gone with AMD cpu's. I changed don't know why just did.
I need advice on a Graphic Card. Willing to spend 300.00 to 400.00. I like the ATI cards but to me I am not partial to any GPU brand. Should I go with 2 cheaper ati 5870 or geforce 460 gtx(just using those card as an example)? Or, a faster more expensive card and wait and buy another later down the road? I have done a lot of research on this but can't pull the trigger. Any and all advice will be appreciated. Thanks

I would go with a single 6950 and then add another down the road in CrossFireX.
Something like this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150527
Awesome setup. ;)

Thank you, Ricky

The 6950 is the one that I have had my eye on for awhile. Buy one now then in a few months price should drop.

Thanks

I like the 6950 and where it can stand when you have two in crossfireX.

Ricky again thanks.

Here is a little about my gaming and monitor needs. I play RPG Oblivion, Witcher,(looking forward to both the new Oblivion: Skyrim and Withcher 2), Dragon Age 2. I play some FPS: COD: Black OPS, ect. I play on a 32 inch LCD. Are there any articles on how the higher end graphics cards will perform with the titles, and do you think the 6950 or 6970 is still a good choice?

Nice write-up on the 6950 with a comparison to the GTX560 Ti.
