The two big questions I was wondering is the Motherboard I’m getting ok, and is the power supply ok? Also, do I have all the parts I will need? This is the first computer I will build and any help would be great. Thanks.

The ram you have listed is DDR3 1600, but the motherboard natively supports DDR3 1333. It might work anyway, but why take the chance.

You didn't list an operating system, mouse, keyboard, or monitor, but I think you already know that.

Otherwise, looks fine.

Thanks for pointing out the RAM, how would this Motherboard be instead of the other one with all the other stuff I have? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157198&cm_re=motherboard_amd-_-13-157-198-_-Product

And about the operating system, it's windows 7 64bit, I can get it free from my college. The mouse, keyboard, and monitor I already have.

Both motherboards are fine. I would go with the Gigabyte. Are you considering another mobo because of the ram compatibility? If so, don't change the mobo, just change the ram to 1333.
