Before installing Windows 7 64-bit, I bought and installed Asus' Xonar Essence STX sound card on my XP Pro 32-bit system and was very pleased with its performance.
Of course the sound card does not function with Windows 7.
I've downloaded the appropriate driver for Windows 7 64-bit but don't know where to place it so that the sound card installer will find it.
