I've got a Asus P5B VM SE that I am trying to pair with a good power supply. I have noticed that some motherboard makers such as Intel specify how many amps min/max should be on each 12V rail. I can find nothing about asus boards. Does anyone have any ideas about finding this info? The asus support site doesn't seem that good. My first asus board so I may just be too unfamiliar. Thanks

I have an Asus board in one of my rigs, really good boards. Unless your thinking about getting a generic power supply which i strongly recomend you don't you don't need to worry about AV rails ect, just get a decent brand name and as high wattage as you can afford
Antec
Hiper
Tagan
OCZ
Zalman ect
