Research Project - looking for experts

Hi, I am a year 12 South Australian student and am required to do a Research Project for my studies. I decided to do the project in the IT industry; my topic is "The Process of Building a Personal Computer". I am seeking any computer technicians or professionals in which I can ask any questions regarding the project. Questions may be about specific techniques, parts, power consumption etc. If anyone is interested, please send me a PM or reply in this thread; telling me a bit about yourself in relation to the IT industry (ie. job or certificate/degree). Any information gathered will be used strictly for the research project, which will not be viewed by the public. Your participation would be greatly appreciated.
