hello,
I am new to the computer building world and I need some help! I came into a HP computer with a bad mother board, but good hard drive... so I wanted to replace everything except the hard drive.... so I bought a new mother board, new tower, power source, and memory, and CPU.... now when I attach everything it starts to load, and then just stops, tries to find the propblem but never does... I have been told I need to reload the operating system, but I do not have a copy of VISTA... I can buy windows 7 and install that and it work!
