Building a new PC for my Grandma

Hello all. I haven't posted here in quite a while. Busy with school and working with the Android system and different roms and such has taken up quite a bit of time. So I have decided to build a new PC for my grandma. Any recommendations on where to start? Her basic uses would include internet browsing, facebook games such as frontierville and farmville, and checking email. Nothing too major.
