Thanks to y'all I have finally built my new PC. I have read many posts on the forum and thought I would provide my two cents of experience. I have been planning for over a year to build but one thing after the other robbed me of resources. On December 27, 2010 I finally pulled the trigger, this is what I've done:

I received my parts in 3 days and began to assemble. It took me 10 hours to complete. It is everything I was hoping for, speed, speed and speed. If you are paying attention you will have noticed the only hard drive is the SSD and that is what I wanted. This box is quit and cool. I run a minimum system. Meaning this is a gaming PC with few other applications a few utilities and COD4 & MOH. I hope this info is of some benefit to others.
