similar problem but a little different...

i just built my first computer and when i turn it on every thing runs except i get no video signal, nothing to the keyboard, and the cd drive does nothing when i try to open it... i dont know what to do from here.:eek:

any help would be appreciated

specs are:
AMD athlon 4000 x2
600 watt psu
evga 7600gt
biostar TF570 sli mobo
western digital 250 gig HD

:cool: It's working now! Ends up i had put the cd drive cable in backwards... and the keyboard was working the whole time. As for the moniter I needed more power to the video card. I have to go to work, but i'll finish it up tonight.

there was a spot for aux power above the graphics card, i plugged it in and it magically started working.:rolleyes:
