It all seems to be compatible.
I'm not a big fan of micro-ATX motherboards. This standard ATX is $110 after mail in rebate and currently has free shipping.

This is a better power supply. It's $55 after mail in rebate, and also has free shipping.

It will accept a standard ATX motherboard. It also comes with a power supply, so you won't be needing one of those.

i have just the case, so i do need a psu. i still do not think that the mobo you posted will fit, on raidmax's website it says the tornado case can only accept up to a 10x12 board. the asus board is 12x9.6

I got this from the Raidmax website.
BASIC SPECIFICATION
EXTERNAL DRIVE BAYS: 4 X 5.25", 1 X 3.5"
INTERNAL DRIVE BAYS: 5 X 3.5" H.D.
SYSTEM BOARD: 10” X 12” MAX SIZE ATX FORM FACTOR / MICRO ATX
EXPANSION SLOTS: STANDARD ATX 7 SLOTS
I/O PORTS: 2 X USB2.0 / 2 x AUDIO
DIMENSIONS: 440(L) X 185(W) X 420(H)mm

If it accepts a 10x12 board, then the Asus 9.6x12 should fit, right? Maybe I missed something.

yea sorry lol. i just looked at the case and put an old micro atx board in it just to see there is still room for a bigger mobo
