Motherboard for New Build?

I'm a new builder. I just got the book, and am ready to go. Gigabyte 55A-UD4P mobo seems to be very scarce. Only 1 available form Amazon for $270. None at Newegg or Tiger Direct. I'm a little leery about buying the only one left at Amazon. Can anyone help? Thanks.
