View Full Version : When I shutdown my homebuilt PC

My computer will shut down fine but then other times will shutdown and the fans will keep running like it was still on? very strange.

Very strange indeed. There may something wrong with the motherboard or a grounding problem with the standoffs. I really don't know.

Yeah I juat did a bunch of updates and also did some changing of BIOS settings with USB ports and so far seems to be working and Keep shutting it down and turning it back on to see if that worked and hopefully keep working. I'll update this if it starts doing it again.

yeah it did start doing it again but only every so many shutdowns it'll stay on with the fans running including the fans on my 4870 His Graphics Card and CPU too.

Corsair HX620 PSU
Hauppauge 1850 TV Tuner
Zalman CF900 CPU Cooler
Ihes Blu Ray reader with multi DVD burner
