Issue with buying book online

Hi Bob,
I was getting ready to order your book but the LuLu website said that the book would take 3-5 day to assemble before shipping. But the order form ask if you want US mail, ground, expedited or express. The site says "Our manufacturing process precedes shipping." I need you book sooner than that. How can I get a faster copy?

My book is published through Lulu, which is an on-demand printing service. That means they don't have copies of the books on their web-site laying around, but instead about once a week they crank up the presses to print whatever has been ordered. In my experience, the day that books are printed and orders filled is Wednesday, but don't hold me to that because you never know how things change. But if that's true then if you place your order today, Tuesday, it should go out Wednesday.
