Is it the driver that came with the graphics card?

If so go to the ATI website and download the very latest driver and install that. Some drivers are poor and cause system crashes. Fine example is on my latest build i installed the latest motherboard driver and it caused my system to reboot continuously, so i ended up having to re-install windows.

Don't worry mate its only a driver problem, it is easily solved by downloading an earlier or a later driver :)

It could be that the driver you were given doesn't support Vista - I've had that problem too many times... *recouts numerous occasions*

You're dead on right, the provided CD driver is bad, must uninstall the driver and download the driver from Ati website, working smoothly now .Thanks.

Keep those vista drivers up to date they change almost weekly. I do enjoy vista more than XP. I always find myself on my vista machine over my XP rigs
