Here is what I'm planning to use...

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
Motherboard: ASUS M4A78T-E 790GX Combo - $234.98 (219.98 after mail-in rebate)

Video Card: ASUS EAH5830 Radeon HD 5830 1GB $209.99 (189.99)

RAM: OCZ Reaper 6GB (3 x 2GB) Model OCZ3RPR1600C6LV6GK
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB Combo - $204.98 (184.98)

Power Supply: OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 700W $74.99 (49.99)

Total: $724.94 (644.94)

I would like to use this setup for playing games like Call of Duty WaW, MW2, Assassins Creed 2, Sniper Ghost Warrior and others on a 19 inch monitor on average to high quality.

My three questions are:
Will this setup be strong enough?
Is my 700 watt power supply strong enough?
Do I need an extra cooling fan for all these parts?

Thanks!

Nope, wrong ram. That's triple channel, you need dual channel.

A GTX460 is a better value than a 5830.

700 watts is plenty.

Depending on the case, you shouldn't need more cooling unless you're overclocking.
