What is a good CPU and Motherboard combination for a budget PC build. It seems that AMD would be better than Intel in this situation. I'm trying to keep the price for both around $200-$250. What I'm currently thinking:

CPU (Athlon II X4 620)

Motherboard (ASUS M4A88TD-V)

Any thoughts? Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Go to new egg in the upper left under computer hardware select motherboards. Look down the list and you’ll see combo deals. In their select CPUs and motherboards.

Take a look at this motherboard

And this cpu

This is at the upper end of your budget, but a good "bang for the buck".
