What is the difference between Windows Premium and System builder 1pk?

Someone here more knowledgeable than I should confirm this, but, I think that the difference is in support. Microsoft will support the Windows 7 Premium (roughly $200) but will not provide support for the OEM (system builder) version (roughly $100). So, you're basically paying $100 for support for the product.
