Hopefully below is my final parts list. I'm a geeky lady who is excited to build her first computer. What have I forgotten? anything?

Everything will be purchased through Newegg. For good measure I purchased Rob's book.

I know my way around the inside of a computer quite well, but I still feel I'm jumping off a cliff!

Thanks to anyone who want to chime in and give comments on my set-up.

I backup to another computer on my network. I'll add a second hard drive later. Thanks for your comment.

I just found out Newegg is low on stock for the ram I want to purchase. I want a total of 8gb and they only have 4gb in stock.

I'm thinking of changing the ram to that described below. Can anyone tell me if it's a good choice.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL8D-4GBRM

Thanks,
Kyle

Instead of buying two 4gb (2x2gb) kits, why not get a single 8gb (4x2gb) kit. Like this.
