I am not very good with computers, and need some help. I am going to build my own desktop computer with my dad, and my budget is like $300. I know it can be done, and that needs to include a case. nothing too fancy, it just needs to be able to run WoW. So can someone give me a complete list of needed parts?

This runs about $430. That's about as close as I could get without some serious performance loss.
