the video upgade card evga 9800 gtx cards are 2.0 x 16 pci express . my mob is just pci express x16 will it work ? web blogs differ on this .most say yes ... some no .. even on evga mob and evga card ? any help would be appreciated thankyou . my video card now is ati all in wonder x 1900. i think a 9800 card would be a up grade .not sure.. price good on 9800 card

That motherboard has a PCI-e x16 slot, so you should be able to use any modern graphics card. Check out this link for current recommendations for every budget:

trying to learn web design admit its feels over whelming / the book i bought wants you to be able to build website manually without the use of dreamweaver or micro program first /not sure / im going to take book back and exchange for dummys version // boy // any help in this area would be appreciated / i realize web design not going to be a quick study for me//thankyou

If you want to learn web design, you should learn the basics first; HTML, XHTML, and CSS.
There's no better place to start than W3Schools.
