I recently posted my first build in this forum, and was hoping for some insight on what to do about keeping this puppy cool.

My PC specs are here:http://forums.mysuperpc.com/showthread.php?t=2969

I'm not sure if the CPU cooler that came with the i7 is sufficient. I see it's cheap and easy to upgrade a fan/heatsink from the OEM, but is that enough? Does anyone here currently have a liquid cooled high-end system?

I was browsing newegg and searched for some i7 compatible coolers, and I found this.

Then I googled some newer liquid models and got hung on this

Any advice would be greatly appreciated ;)
